WHAT FISHING RODS DO YOU STOCK?

We are an official Free Spirit fishing rod stockist

WHAT IS YOUR RETURNS POLICY?

    On delivery of your products if there is any damage caused in transit please  contact us within 7 days of purchase so we can resolve the issue.

    Any returns should be posted directly to South Coast Rods, alternatively we can arrange a collection point with prior agreement

    Under no circumstances should products be returned directly to Free Spirit

    WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING OPTIONS?

    Please see our shipping policy page where you will find a table with our shipping regions and prices for your location.

    WHAT ARE THE INTERNATIONAL TAX, DUTIES I HAVE TO PAY?

      Any taxes due to import of products from South Coast Rods must be paid by the customer

      All our prices are inclusive of VAT

      WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

      If you live in the UK Mainland we aim to deliver your order in 48 hours through parcel force.

      If you live in Europe but outside of the UK we aim to deliver your order between 1-5 days through UPS standard delivery service

      For all custom products ordered we have an 8 - 12 week build time. Following completion of your build the shipping policies will be the same as standard products

      I DIDN'T RECEIVE MY ORDER WHAT SHOULD I DO?

      You should contact us immediately so we can resolve your concern. You can find all our details us on the contact us page

      I RECEIVED A DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCT, WHAT SHOULD I DO?

      HOW DO I MAKE CHANGES TO AN ORDER ?

      If you would like to make changes to a standard product order you should contact us immediately and before you receive confirmation that your order has been shipped

      If you would like to make changes to an order of our custom build rods you have 14 days from the date of ordering to contact us and request a change. If you contact us after 14 days we cannot guarantee a change will be possible but we will do our best to resolve the issue

      We have a showroom based in Hampshire and can provide free consultations in the South of England through our mobile consultation services

      We offer free consultations in the south of England and would encourage you to speak directly to us or one of our consultants so we can discuss you requirements
