What is the return policy?
On delivery of your products if there is any damage caused in transit please contact us within 7 days of purchase so we can resolve the issue.
If you are unsatisfied with your standard build products then you have 7 days to contact us so that we can discuss your concerns and come to a suitable resolution.
If you are unsatisfied with your custom build products then you have 7 days to contact us. Please see our Custom Build Return Policy in the footer menu for more details.
Any agreed returns should be posted directly to South Coast Rods, alternatively we can arrange a collection point with prior agreement.
Under no circumstances should products be returned directly to Free Spirit
