What is the return policy?
On delivery of your products if there is any damage caused in transit please contact us within 7 days of purchase so we can resolve the issue.
If you are unhappy with your products then you have 7 days to contact us so that we can discuss your concerns and come to a suitable resolution
Any returns should be posted directly to South Coast Rods, alternatively we can arrange a collection point with prior agreement
Under no circumstances should products be returned directly to Free Spirit
